Script for Start and Stop Grid in Landmark

We are trying to have a script for Start and Stop the Grid in Landmark server. Manually we open the Landmark Command prompt and then run "startlaw" or "stoplaw" commands to do this activity now. Has anyone done this in through a script which we can use to schedule this task.

We stop stop Lawson and websphere, reboot the server and restart service via scripts and server scheduler
