We have been sending correction files and they were being rejected, so we thought maybe we needed to send a replacement file, so we decided to go that route. It was also rejected and after further research I don't think we needed to send a replacement file, but just a correction file. Our issue now is that since we have ran the replacement file we cannot change our correction people in BN97.1 to not processed. Can someone tell me what we need to do to let us change it to not processed, so we can attempt a correction file again?
