I was trying to set up 401K deductions using only payroll deductions(PR14.1) but it seems l also need to use the benefits module. Does anyone have experience with setting up a plan in BN only to engage the $275,000 annual compensation limit on any 401k contributions. I have set up the BN12 (Benefits Annual Limits) and I'm hoping to do the bare minimum to enter a 401K benefit plan. I don't want to use any of the enrollment features or other features - simply want to set up a plan to utilize the $275K annual compensation limit.
We have a TPA that will be used for enrollment and changes. They will send a file of the Employee elections as a percentage. I've done extensive testing with the PR05, PR14.1, BSI Group Codes for catch up, etc. Everything seems to be working except I can't get Lawson/BSI to stop withholding the deductions after an employee hits $275,000 in compensation.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and would you be willing to share screen shots of the minimum set up required in BN?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
