We are running version 11.0.1.23.3482 of GlobalHR_TM.
Our External Candidate Space does not work. Specifically users are unable to register. They are unable to login and they are unable to reset their password.
I am confident something isn't right with the Security Services or the configuration of how the authentication is working with SSOPV2. Xtreme is struggling to assist and even the consultants that have been tasked with assisting have not been able to provide aid.
The one change that I thought would work was to the PRODLTM.HCMAPP.LAWSON-STRUTS service however making a change to this didn't resolve anything (or we made the wrong change).
Is it possible that a package and recompile is required to see these changes take effect?
Any insights or configuration recommendation would be extremely appreciated
