We need to create a deduction for union dues that equates to be 1 hour of pay prorated on FTE. Ex: EE A is .9 FTE and make $20 per hour. Dues deduction should be $18; where someone else who make $20 per hour but is a .75 FTE should have a dues deduction of $15. Any ideas on how to set up the deduction to do this automatically?
