Can anyone tell me how you distinguish between several different RN's at your facilities? If we have two different RN's ( Neuro RN vs. Staff RN) do you make two different job codes or do you only make one for an RN? If you only make the one job code, how do you pay the Neuro RN the extra pay they are due without them having to clock in/out with a special code every day?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We are looking at revamping our job codes.
