I am wanting to customize the Waive form under Develop Employees on the checklist there is a waive option. When you click Waive a form is brought up to enter the reason and I am wanting to default the reason code in, however, I am unable to find the form name to make the changes as I get an error when I do the control+shift+left click on the form. Does anyone use this that could give me the form name?
