We just started cycle counting/using the cycle count functionality approx. 3 months ago, so this year we still did a physical inventory as well. It seems that the physical inventory interfered with the cycle counts and cycle count days in IC70, so when someone goes to freeze records it only gives them a few, instead of the set amount per day.
Is there a way to reset the cycle counts, so that after it doesn't think any were counted yet and starts a new period of cycle count days?
