Req center pricing

I have users who change the default transaction BUOM. We have it set as CA but they have the option to change to EA. When the UOM changes, the pricing stays the same and look like they are paying the CA price for EA. Is anyone else having this issue? Or how do you have it set up so that you don't have this issue?

What version are you? I had a problem in v9 but it was fixed with one of the upgrades. During the fix was to blank out the price when you changed UOM, this made Lawson do math.

But in v10, if there's a 2 in the buy column of IC11, RQC allows the UOM to change and calculates cost accordingly.

We are version 10. We do have the 2 in the BUOM but it does not recalculate. I tried your fix for V9 and it worked! Thank you! I will go ahead and tell them to blank out the pricing!

Honestly - depending on how often you upgrade - I might just leave as is and see if the issue reoccurs the next version change.
