IPA PA52.4 error

I have created a flow that create PA52.4 records. This flow include creation of PA31.1 records and subsequent attempt to create PA52.4 record. I am getting the following error when adding a record.

New value is the same as previous value

Not sure how to resolve this issue.

You are passing into your Personnel Action the same value as the one already on the employee and it can't accept it. You have to send a blank for an existing value.

How do I send a blank existing value? Do I send the word BLANK, *BLANK or ""? Note, I run PA31 node, pa52.4 inquire (where previous value for address and name are displayed), pa52.4 fill Defaults, then attempt to add via pa52.4 add. Error occurs during the add. Should I send blank value in Inquire node?

Send *BLANK if you need to remove what's already in the field. If it's already blank, and it needs to STAY blank, don't include the field at all.
