To date all of our LP plans are cycle based accruals and we define a Calculation for the cycles in which accrual rates increase. We have a maximum set so an employee is limited to the amount accrued each pay period (cycle). We are doing setup for a new entity and at first glance I thought it was going to be similar set up but they do not want to limit the per pay period accrual but instead limit it to an annual hours accrual max. They allow the employee to accrue on overtime but their annual accrual stops after they have accrued on 2080 hours. So those employees who work alot of OT stop accruing in Oct/Nov since they have already received accrual on 2080 hours. Does anyone have an LP similar to this? I feel like the answer is obvious but can't find it. Any tips would be appreciated!
