We are going to start using the life events to allow benefit changes. All benefits are set up as pending until we can confirm that the event took place. We are having some problems with getting the flexible spending to come out correctly. Does anyone else use the life events to add flexible spending? How do you have it set up? We are getting the following errors when running the BN531: "Cannot change stop date and YTD contribution" and "Start date must match pay period start date". We have tried manipulating the start dates on the BS31 as well as leaving them as they were entered by the employee and neither has worked. We appreciate any ideas.
