User fields in IC12

If you go to IC01.1, select the company, then the User Fields tab, and finally IC User Fields, you get to a window that has the field type options for the user fields. The Item Location user field settings are in the lower left of that window. Are those set?

Also, this is the string that is used to get the table prefix translations directly:

SERVERNAME:PORT/servlet/Router/Data/erp?PROD=GEN&FILE=FILEDEF&FIELD=FILENAME;SYSTEMCODE&SELECT=PREFIX=3LETTERPREFIX&OUT=CSV&DELIM=~&NOHEADER

Where SERVERNAME:PORT is your server and port including the http:// or https:// that you use, and 3LETTERPREFIX would be UFL in your example. The first three characters of the form field name before the first dash. (not able to bold or color text here, so look for those in the string above. All else is static.)
