We are integrating a new Hospital who has Union employees and therefore we can not moved them into our current plans. Their plan current assigns their accrual rate based on number of hours worked. Our current plans are based on pay cycles so in the past when we had this situation we put a date on their LP31 to give then the correct number of cycles... Does anyone use the Hours Based and if so, where do you put beginning hours so that it gives them the correct accrual rate? I have not been able to find a screen to load the beginning hours.. Thanks..
