We run 7.0. First, you may have it right in Visual. From Visual, try HelpOnline Books. In our installation, that brings up the User Guide for 7.0.0, which includes a volume Infor ERP Visual Enterprise Manufacturing User's Guide. Chapter 6 of that PDF is what you are looking for.

The User Guide for 7.0 is also available online through http://www.inforxtreme.com
Click on Documentation
Select Visual from the drop-down list for Product Line
Click Browse
The User Guides for 7.0 should be on the left of the next screen, under Documentation

The other headings in the Users Guide match up to the taskbar options, so I was looking for Sales-Inventory-Purchasing-Scheduling-Eng/Mfg... I didn't even think to look INSIDE Manufacturing.
