MSCM - Receiving & Delivery - One delivery ticket per PO?

Hello - We are fairly new to MSCM & RAD. It seems when we receive a PO with multiple boxes only 1 delivery ticket prints. Is this by design? Ideally we want unique delivery tickets for each box so we can ensure delivery & report productivity by box count along with PO count. Thanks.

You create one Receipt, so it prints one receipt. You need to work with Infor to create the correct number of delivery labels - I know those can have multiple labels per receipt header.

Hi Kat - I've opened an incident with Infor & they're telling me to enter an enhancement request. Are you saying we would need to work with Infor Consulting?

Hi all,

The ability to have a delivery ticket print for each individual line on the PO is currently not supported. What are some of the advantages of having a unique delivery ticket for each separate line and how does the current process not meet your needs from a delivery and report productivity perspective?

Hi Jonathan - Let’s say we have 1 PO with 5 boxes making up the items ordered on the PO. In current state, we can see that 5 boxes were dock logged, but the scanning by box ends there. If we only get one delivery ticket, how can we be sure all 5 boxes stayed together & we’re delivered #1 at the same time, & #2 to the right department? Or what if a box got left on a cart undelivered with no delivery ticket? How would you know where it was to go to?

In reference to reporting, in current state, let’s say 1 PO took a clerk 5 minutes to deliver to the OR, & another PO took a different clerk 30 minutes to deliver to the OR. The difference would not be obvious today, but with scanning by box, it could be learned that an additional box got left behind at the dock & the clerk had to go back to the dock, get the box, & deliver it, therefore justifying the additional time required.

I have to say I'm shocked this functionality is not already available. It seems very basic. I will be logging an enhancement request & posting it here to lobby for support.
