Our AP Clerks use AP20.1 in Smart Office pretty heavily during year-end processing. They'd like to set an unconditional default value for the Due Date field so they may process groups of invoices with the same Due Date together. In personalization, they select the field they want to change, and then select "Date" as the Value Type to be used. Smart Office automatically populates the Default Value field with @TD. The problem is it is not possible to modify the field at all. So, in short, if we select a Date Value Type, we are stuck with @TD. Of the 7 different Value Types to choose from, all are greyed-out (disabled) except User Attribute, Date, and Variable. We already know that selecting Date doesn't work and Attribute doesn't do anything for us either. I could create Global Variables but then they'd be contacting me multiple times a day to change the dates. I imagine it wouldn't be such a problem if it wasn't for the fact that they all say they've always been able to set a default date in the past. It is only recently that they have found they cannot get rid of the @TD. No updates/modifications have occurred on the system so I'm at a loss. Anyone know of a way to set a default on a Date field?
Any assistance is appreciated!
Thanks,
