We are trying to use BSI to enforce the annual HSA contribution limit but my testing has shown that I can have one employee contribute the full amount for the self-only limit AND the full amount for the family limit in the same year. Am I missing something? Is there a way to get Lawson/BSI to recognize if the employee has contributions under one deduction then switches to the other or does it really assume that the employee is in the same plan the entire year?
