Service account error in ION API

Hi,

I'm getting error when uploading the service account data for connection point of ION API, & uploading file is in .csv format.

Whether I uploading the correct file or not? Please help me what type of file I need to upload to use this feature.

In the above screenshot, click on '+' on top . Then you have to select a user and provide a description and save. Then system will prompt to download as below.

HI Som,

May be the service account details are incorrect. Can you download the service account credentials again and try to upload?

It is available under User Management -> Manage -> Service Accounts

Thanks !! I got the screen but unable to download from this. I don't see any export or download option. Is there any method to export/download.
