We have a STD plan that is changing definition of eligibility and there is a group of employees who are no longer eligible. Looking for input on the best way to up date the employees records as well as the BN plan. We were originally thinking of doing an addins to stop the benefits on BN32 of those who are no longer eligible. However, if we create a new employee group that doesn't include these plans and update the BN100, will the end dates automatically be added when doing a BN100?
Any advice or tips on dos/don'ts would be great!
