ADFS Installation

Has anybody used their enterprise ADFS instead of installing a separate ADFS for Lawson? Is this even possible? I appreciate immediate answers if possible, because, our enterprise is not allowing us to install a separate ADFS and Infor says, they need to install a separate one.

I am interested in the answer to this question, too. We have not started our ADFS migration but are planning on using the enterprise install. If we can't do that, I'd like to know now so we can plan accordingly.

So looks like IFS and ADFS have to be on the same server for Ming.le ver. 11. Also, we can have only 1 IFS/server, so, we cannot use our enterprise ADFS, since we have 2 environments (1 test and 1 prod). For ver. 12, ADFS and IFS can be on separate servers, so, we can use the enterprise ADFS.

We are on Ming.le foundation 11, LSF 10.09 and Apps 10.07 on premise. We don't have ADFS yet but plan on running this Infor version stack for as long as possible. Does anyone see a problem if we wanted to define SAML SSO connections to other hosted applications whose URL's hang off our EMSS menu once we get ADFS up and running? Also, aside form standard Windows server and OS maintenance how much administrative lift is incurred in managing an "on premise" ADFS instance? There are a number of managed identity providers out there who claim the management of ADFS can be laborious. I don't see what effort would be involved once the trusts are configured but maybe I'm missing something.

We are planning on doing the same, which is hold onto LS as STS. We don't have the budget for consultants nor the resource to do it now. How about bundle the switch to ADFS when we are forced to upgrade to LSF 10.0.10.0?

We are live with ADFS on our test environment and I don't see much of management on ADFS.
