Cross Reference tables in Rich Client

I need some guidance on creating a cross reference table in Rich Client that a flow can then access to lookup coded data.  I want to create a matrix of different data elements but am not sure if this is the right use for the Rich Client cross reference table.  Also, the documentation and RC function calls for naming a Source and Destination and then assigning fields to each.  What are these exactly?  Is Source the source of the data values?  What about Destination?  Appreciate any help.

The source and Destination values are purely used to reference your cross references tables from within your process flow. When referring to a cross reference table in your process flow you need to specify the Code, Source, and Destination. There are no explicit requirements that these names have to relate to something. Does that help?
