Question about Infor Community - Unread Indicator

Anyone know why this web site always shows I have 2 unread messages, even though there ARE no unread messages?

There may be an unread message out there that you deleted versus reading. Click on it, click on Unread and then click Mark as Read. That clears my list every time.

Mine always shows that I have 1.

I gave up on this a long time ago... mine always says 99+

I clicked "unread" , scrolled all the way to the bottom of the messages and clicked mark as read.....repeated for the read messages....now I have no messages showing....good luck!
