Transfer form

Hoping someone can help me.

I'm in IT but helping cover for our HRIS staff.
A recruiter just contacted me as she put in the wrong effective date (today instead of 9/2) on a transfer and the wrong org unit is showing.

How can I see what data elements she put in on the actual form?

And would it be best to do history correction or just have her do another transfer form?

Annette if you do a search on Action Requests you should be able to find the form with all the data elements entered. I couldn't tell you what the best corrective method would be.

You mentioned Org Unit so I'm guessing your in TM. As an Administrator you would need to open the Action Request and click on the Action tab. You should be able to do a search with "*" before and after a unique identifier such as ID. This will show you what is submitted. I'm guessing all the approvals were done.

Since a Transfer happens on the Work Assignment go there and click on the double chevrons next to Work Assignment. Select Drill Around and then Audit Log. Locate the action and right click to Audit Update. You should be able to change the Effective Date here. Usually these types of changes are not interfaced so if you use Lawson you may need to make manual corrections there too.
