Manager Self-Service

Hello,

Is anyone using Manager Self-Service for salary increases? I am trying to determine if we should create special personnel actions for the managers to use so that we can better control the pending/updating of the data with separate PA100 setups? Any advice, processes or documentation is appreciated.

We just started to use MSS for salary changes. We had a workflow built in IPA that moves the transaction through approval steps. The final approval goes to HR so they can update fields, if needed.

Thank you BHughes-Brown. Do you happen to know if the managers use special action codes or if they use the same ones that the HR department would use?
