Talent Management Appraisal Forms

We are testing the performance module. Does anyone know how to customize the PDF that is generated with "Consolidated Appraisal"? I have tried a few things in Config Console but it's only updating in the application and I can't seem to locate the PDF sections. Some of the fonts are different and we want to remove a few things.

Hi,

Most of this is still driven by what you title and use in the creation of the Appraisal Forms Section and Form. In addition the Staff Form creation also drives what is shown. This will all affect the sections and tabs in the form itself and the PDF version. What exactly are you wanting to change?

One of the big things, is to remove the chart in the summary.

Another thing is the numbering of the responsibilities is off when PDF is created. When going through the appraisal in the application the sequence is accurate, and then the PDF displays 3, 1, 5, 4... I'll need to make sure this remains in proper sequence.

One more thing: in the employee section the position is displayed as the short description, we will need to display the long description.
