Microsoft Edge

I'm on Infor Lawson 10.0.7 and the business is migrating to Windows Edge. During testing I continue to get IOS erros anytime i Inquire. Is any one else experiencing issues. Has Infor released a patch to resolve this. I have searched the KB and i just can't get any results or updates.

According to the compatibility matrix, it is supported in "Lawson for Infor Ming.le" (portal) versions 10.0.10 and 10.1.x.

We've had trouble when employees use Edge and attempt to update information via ESS. Inquiring is okay. We tell them to use IE

But here is the one released in July. Not sure if you are using Mingle, portal? Portal isn't shown on here anymore. But may just be easier for you to open a support ticket with your LSF version, MSP, what the desktop is running (assuming windows10) and what version of Mingle.. some of the stuff I read thru makes it seem like it's only latest version of Edge (41?) supported.

If you know how to do a fiddler trace, you may want to do that and attach to the ticket as well.

Thanks. We use both Portal and Ming.le. I opened two inquiries with Infor and they sent the matrix and said they weren't do not support Edge. But that was a couple of months ago. I'll look at the matrix you provided and update the business

Yeah.. I honestly hadn't reviewed the latest yet.. they must have just started supporting it in this one because I know they didn't last time I looked. But if you look at it closely, for ESS it seems to indicate that one's only supported with Edge if its on 10.0.8 which I believe is the latest that just came out in May...

After testing Ming.le on our current version, it looks like i can Inquire without it kicking off ios errors. I'm on IT though. I would have to get the business to do more testing in their role.
