FACTS 7.5 client on Windows XP 64-bit?

Does anyone have a customer running the FACTS 7.5 client successfully on a Windows XP 64-bit workstation?

We've never been able to get any version of the FACTS client to install (much less run) on a 64-bit XP or Vista. If I recall correctly, the installer usually crashes at some point.

For what it's worth, we've had much better luck w/ 64-bit Windows 7 - it seems to be much more tolerant of all 32-bit apps, even really old ones.
