I would appreciate any advice regarding the set up of a HDHP and the HSA in EMSS. We are on 10.0.7.019 of EMSS which has the pre-req tab on BS03.1 and BS03.3.
How will this pre-req tab assist in restricting the offer of an HSA to only those who elect the HDHP? Annual elections are saved in the temporary tables and may be changed at any time during open enrollment (one month). The pre-req restrictions is limited to plan type. The plan type for an HDHP and a traditonal HP is "HL".
I have read that some clients allow team member to elect the HDHP during the enrollment period, but enrollment in the FSA requires coming the HR and signing up using a paper form.
While I'm asking for advice, has anyone set up a limited purpose FSA as well as the FSA for the HDP?
