Although the proxy feature in v10 is much easier than what we had to do in v9, we are struggling with the fact that the proxy user cannot see any work that was already in the proxied user's inbasket. Has anyone figured out any way to allow them to see anything that was in the proxied user's inbasket? We have essentially reverted back to how we did it in v9 by assigning all the proxied user's accounts to the proxy user.
It works the opposite of how we'd like because once you remove the proxy, they can still see anything that was in there from the proxied user. We'd prefer to see everything that exists in the proxy user inbasket when you assign the proxy and nothing when you remove it.
According to Admin Guide:
Therefore, any work that goes into your Inbasket tomorrow is routed to your proxy. However, the work items you have today (including those that you were unable to complete) will not be assigned to your proxy.
Pending work items remain in the Inbasket of a proxy user, even after the proxy is removed from a task. Consequently, this user can still take action on the pending work items.
