Can someone tell me new error message we are seeing in PO23: Manufacturer infor already exists to a

We are beginning to see this error on some of our non-stock items. Its relatively new, and PO100 will not pick up the item.

Does anyone have knowledge of why this error is occurring, and why PO100 will not pick it up?
