Possible to increase My Work Inbasket Records Per Page over 99?

We recently migrated from Landmark 10 to Landmark 11. In the My Work section of the users Inbasket, Infor 10 used to allow the user to see 999 records per page. In Landmark 11 they are now only allowed to see 99 records per page.

Is there a way to increase/modify the Records Per Page beyond 99 in Landmark 11? We are on version 11.0.3.0.5561.

Why do you want to do this? Can an employee really manage over 100 tasks at a time?

Consider the scenario that a person in the course of a day performs 25 tasks (approve Journals, approve purchases, approve trip requests, promote someone, etc.). Then they go out of the office for a well deserved vacation. Their proxy kicks in, but that person has to do not only the first persons work, but there as well. Whoops, they have an accident on the way in to work.

After a 2 week vacation, there would be well over 99 tasks waiting for the first person. Which task is more important? The first 99 or one of the 150 later ones?

Currently the implemented maximum number of items that can be displayed in any Landmark 11 Web UI is 99. Although there is discussion of making this editable for Single Tenant / On Premise customers. Understandably this can generate alot of traffic to your Landmark Web Server if the limit is too large.

For the user who has 150 workitems, and wants to get to the new items/old items there is an option on the bottom right corner. |< < > >| you can use to navigate to the newest or oldest items.

On the other hand...

I miss the ability to have a higher page size here in support, on my test system where I am often attempting to replicate specific issues and generating a pile of failed workunits in the process. Being able to left click, shift-left click on 500 workunits and hitting cancel came in real handy and was one of the reasons I so quickly adopted the web ui over the Rich Client.

Thank you Russel, appreciate the insight. As for why we have over 99 inbasket items. Here, some departments use inbaskets as 'work queues'. Rather then an inbasket request going to a specific user they are sent to a 'PAYROLL' inbasket queue. Then a group of payroll experts work the queue. However, there are lots of times where they need to gather additional information before they can approve/deny the request. Thus we have a lot of inbasket records sitting 'in process' waiting on research before an action is taken on them. They found it easier to scroll down one large list then to page through multiple lists.

You are welcome, and just for the record the restriction for the number of records that can display is actually part of the Landmark Runtime Environment / LMCLIENT code. This setting applies to all lists rendered in Landmark Web UI. So you may want to move this over to the Landmark Environment Community Group.
