HIRE2 RECORD CREATION

I am attempting to add HIRE records via PA52.4. My first action HIRE is added without any issues. When I attempt to add a second HIRE2 record I get the following:

HIRE2_ADD__HK = 1000000019489HIRE2 20180906

HIRE2_ADD_StatusNbr = 001

HIRE2_ADD_FieldName = PCT-NEW-VALUE-1r0

HIRE2_ADD_RETURN_MSG = Position Rule requires position

HIRE2_ADD_RETURN_CODE = 101

I can manually create HIRE2 records once the HIRE record is created.

I'm replying for Gary. We use HIRE 2 for badge authorization , employee 6 month provisional , employee dates and key information for our time and attendance system .
