1095-Cs - BN27.2 Overrides have disappeared

We have made several entries on BN27.2 to override the offer codes & safe harbor codes for individual employees. Others did the entry so I double checked for accuracy and everything was fine. I just went back into BN27.2 to check something and the entries are gone!

Has anyone had this happened? Before I reenter the codes, I'd like to know what caused them to disappear so they it doesn't happen again.

Any thoughts?

I thought I was losing my mind when this happened to me the first time. I had the same experience, it happened once and I dismissed it and told myself I must not have saved the data the first time. However, after making additional adjustments on BN27 last week, I went back to look them over yesterday and again they were gone.

So, if anyone can shed any light on this, it would be appreciated! Thanks.
