Best practice for tracking certification compliance in Lawson v10

Good morning,

How do you track required certifications for positions in Lawson v10? We know we can track the employee certifications on PA22, but where do you define which certifications are required for a position? Is there a place in Lawson that says position XYZ requires these 5 certifications?

I think you're looking for the PA08 screen. We don't use it to track actual required certifications, just added them to get them on the Manager Self Service screen. But I think this screen gives you what you are looking for.
