Testing LSF Core Technology Patch

We are working on getting on a patching schedule.  I am curious what other companies are testing after applying this type of patch.

Whether you apply one environment patch, or 10 environment patches or a service pack, the affect is the same. We have the following modules and since an environment patch can affect any of this, we do a basic testing of all these modules. Some of the tests we do include, navigating in portal, pulling up a form, running a job, printing a report, testing LBI which includes running a report, navigating between dashboards, being able to publish a report, drilling in a report. Similar high level testing in spreadsheet designer, ms addins, rqc, landmark, design studio as well.
