We upgraded from Landmark version 10.0.4.9 to 10.1.1.62. When we make a change to our IPAs with user actions, approving from the inbasket does not seem to do anything while approving from an email moves the flow forward. If you look at the work unit in Rich Client, the blue diamond with the exclamation mark (awaiting action) goes away, but the work unit log show nothing new and is in processing status and on the user action. The work unit is removed from the inbasket, so the user thinks the user action completed. The strange thing is our development environment is not impacted. We only see this after we move the IPA to production. The versions of Landmark, Landmark Web, and Grid are the same in development and production.
Has anyone encountered this? If so, what is the fix?
