Hello Team

We have 2 situations here, can someone please help us

1) we have a requisition to replenish from store, which was deleted by the store room REP. But It still showing as allocated, we tried to Void/Kill using WH32 but it did not work.

2) we have old requisitions to replenish from store, someone did BO storeroom picks vs kill/voiding. How can we fix it? we want to get rid of them

    We find for issue 1 we usually have to do a paint screen to remove the allocation. Check you IC45 and make sure there is no valid demand prior to doing the paint screen.



    For issue 2, does the item show up on WH20 or WH25? If so, you may be able to kill it there. If not, it may be a paint screen as well.

    1 is likely WH20 - change the allocation to 0 and then it should show up in WH25 to kill the backorder.

    2 is likely WH25



    Opening an incident should get you some steps to follow as well.
