Looking for ideas on an AR Collection Management solution.
Our company is primarily in the wholesale space and we have been able to manage our incidental past due accounts without a product solution using aging reports in Lawson and a spreadsheet however, we recently acquired an operation that sells both wholesale and retail. They have 10x the customers and their volume is 100x higher in terms of individual sales. They previously used Navision as their financial management solution which included some support for collection management. Since acquisition we have put together a temporary excel tool but it's not sustainable. We don't want to go down the road of building something if there is another application that we can acquire to do this using Lawson. I'm interested in finding out what other companies that use Lawson do for collections? I know most companies outsource but for those that do in-house, what have you used?
