Do you know if we have to run the BS531 in Delete mode first prior to Open Enrollment?
Two users cannot enroll because they have pending benefit elections out there. I think running the BS531 in delete mode removes the pending benefit elections, then allows them to enroll….. ?
Prior to running the BS531 in delete mode I think we need to run all of the BN/BS reports to release any new hire elections first before they get deleted….
Any information that you can share would be great!!!
