We have a number of reports that we would like to run at the start or end of our fiscal periods, which are based on a 4-4-5 calendar. Is there a way I can accomplish this without just setting up 12 single-run events for each report, every year?
One thing I tried was to schedule the report weekly, and have it generate no data if the date was not a period-ending date, but LBI insists on sending out an empty file even when the Crystal Report is set to "Suppress Printing if no Records."
I was hopeful that LBI 10.6 included new scheduling options, but upon getting a test installation set up, I see that all the new options are still based on the regular calendar, and cannot accommodate an irregular-length fiscal calendar. (We are currently on LBI 10.4 but will be moving to 10.6 soon.)
