We currently run the BN106 HIPAA file for our medical, dental and pharmacy vendors. We provide them w/full files, and term by omission. We do not include term dates on the files. One of our vendors has recently requested that we provide full files with termination dates included. Is this possible w/the BN106? On the "Enrollee Data" tab, I've tried changing the "Coverage End Date" selection from "3 - Select One by Eligibility" to "4 - Include Both", but it still does not provide term dates on the file.
