IPA Web Service

We are trying to call a web service and are receiving the error message below.  Has anyone had seen this issue before?

Activity failed: WebService

Cause=org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '415: Cannot process the message because the content type 'text/xml; charset=UTF-8' was not the expected type 'multipart/related; type="application/xop+xml"'.' when communicating with portalclient.echo-cloud.com/.../DmzService.svc Message=Could not send Message.

That is the error I would expect to see if you send a request using SOAP 1.1 protocol, and your web service was expecting SOAP 1.2 protocol. Try changing the protocol you are using on the WebService to 1.2 .. I think that will get you past that error.
