Move benefits setup (BN15, etc.) from one environment to another

We have built out our new plan setup (options, coverage, rates, etc.) for Open Enrollment in our test environment and would like to export and import that data into another environment rather than rebuilding the setup by hand. We're concerned that we may miss something or miskey something by re-entering by hand. Has anyone worked out a solution for this? We are good moving the data with the Lawson tools or SQL Server tools. Thanks!

I just recently did this using MS Add Ins we have been working on creating a second company to manage our Retirees with benefit elections. We went through 3 test conversions with data refreshes in between so it was easier each time. I created ODBC queries in access to build the Add In templates and uploaded from there. I was able to do this for BN15, BN18, BN19, PR05, and all the various subforms.

Like Deedre, I always built a series of Microsoft AddIn files to load all new data into our Test system for annual enrollment, then when we'd get ready to roll everything into production, I'd just upload them all. It's been a few years since we did benefits in-house, but here's a listing of screens and their corresponding tables that I've built uploads for:
