Form or Field to store HR Contact Information (HRBPs)

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas for a form or field in Lawson that can store HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) or any HR Contact name information, either by Employee or Job?

We weren't using the User Level field for anything so created values there for each of the BPs. We also added that to each position on PA02 so that it defaults when they enter a hire or transfer.

Thanks for the information Kristen! Unfortunately, we are using the User Level field so don't have that as an option.

We use the "Miscellaneous Code, Number" field from HR11 on the work tab for that purpose. It is stored in PAEMPLOYEE as COMP_CODE.

Thanks for the information. I'm new to Lawson, so still learning the ins and outs of the fields. Any idea if this is a reportable field?
