I am trying to complete a BN70 addin in HRDEV. My results say the addin was completed successfully; however, when I search the employee on BN70 it says "COBRA Participant Does Not Exist." Can anyone offer any guidance?
I have tried the following:
- Checking to make sure the person was not accidentally added to the BN70 in HRPROD.
- Checked to make sure there were no typing errors.
- Waited a day just in case it had something to do with the system needing to update overnight.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
