Punchout extrinsic and mapping

We are working on installing Punchout. Our vendor wanted us to send a value from RQC, but support told me I could only send a literal with the extrinsic. The vendor is asking us for the fields we want back. I am guessing that is the mapping are restricted to the fields on the LineDataBean list. I am trying to find out if this is correct or not.

What field is the vendor wanting you to send? We are in the process of implementing Punchout as well and had to setup an extrinsic value for the vendor.

When we were setting up Punchout for Amazon we had to map the SupplierPartAuxiliaryID RLN_PO_USER_FLD_4. We then made a copy of the edi 850 script just for Amazon and modified it to pass that in the PO. We also had to change the script to pass other information that wasn't being passed in the original.

They wanted us to send the company to them. Support told me we could only send a literal. We have multiple companies, and some requestors can order from multiple companies. The vendor wants to know the company chosen.

The vendor asked us what needs to be passed. The vendor is on the list of punchout vendors. I am not sure what is being asked.

If the requisition is getting turned into a Purchase Order and getting sent via EDI couldn't you modify the EDI script for this vendor to include the company number in the segment they would want it?

The vendor wanted to know the company the requestor was ordering for in order to determine which items could be displayed.
