We are a large manufacturing company and continue to run into the same issue with training staff on various functions of Visual. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Help tab in Visual as a knowledgebase or "How to" to answer some of these questions and pull away from relying on historical knowledge.
If anyone has used this, I would love to hear your feedback on how you have used it and whether it is worth investing time in developing.
