I've had this problem for a couple of years and not sure what I'm doing wrong. Every year our benefit premiums change. After updating the plans, I'm using a file from our TPA to upload changes using the BN531. I'm struggling with getting the dependents to stay attached to the new benefit selection. This wasn't usually a huge deal for us until ACA came into play and it causes problems now with the 1095s. Is there something that I'm missing on the BN531 to keep those dependents attached and enrolled in the new plans?
