Reversal of Personnel Action

I am attempting to reverse a Personnel Action for an Address change. It will not allow me to do the reversal and gives the error "No prior history for Telephone-Home". The person was a rehire and then decided not to become employed, so they had changed her address for the rehire process and we now need to take that out before we can remove the rehire action that was also performed. Has anyone had an issue like this? I am trying to perform this on PA52 using the special processing tab.

I think you need to add the history on the HR54.

Set the HR10 Home phone to History.

Update HR54, adding a line for Item 13 (home phone)with the Effect date equal to the hire date.

Add PA52 with the Special Process tab set to Type 4.

Yes, we have gotten this message when doing a reversal. You have to insert an *BLANK value for the field with a history date prior to the date of the action you are trying to reverse. The system can't reverse it if there is no prior history for the field. I go to the PA54 screen and add the field with an *BLANK value to an action with a history date prior to the date on the action I need to reverse.
